reflection

The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom is a book that really makes you think about your life and how you appreciate the things you have. I liked this book because the structure kept it very interesting. There were many flashbacks to Eddie's past birthdays and excerpts from the world without Eddie. It also showed the importance of forgiving, because Eddie never forgave his father and he never really spoke to him. He then realized it was too late to talk to him. Even though the book was sad, it showed the importance of sacrifice and love. He realized in heaven how important it is to appreciate what you have. It makes you think about your own life and how you treat everything you have, and everyone you have in your life.
