Final Reflection
I think that The Five People You Meet in Heaven is a great novel that teaches the reader many lessons. It teaches us the lessons of sacrifice and forgiveness. It also left us with many questions regarding heaven. It puts our lives into perspective and shows the readers that you can still live and love, way beyond life and death. It makes you realize that you should live the life that you have now to the fullest and do as many things as you can, and not to let regret build up inside of you, because it can destroy you. Eddie learned that forgiving someone takes a lot more strength and courage, then hating them. I also learned that in order to move forward in life, sometimes you have to forgive yourself and take some blame. This is a short novel with so many lessons packed into it. I really enjoyed reading it.
